Rebounding provides an increased G-force moment. Whoo Hoo!

This is one of the phrases that is usually said about me online – well actually the phrase goes like this.

Rebounding provides an increased G-force (gravitational load), which strengthens the musculoskeletal systems.

bounce2But honestly what does that really mean? I’m a rebounder and a particularly simple bit of exercise kit so I have no idea why these phrases have to sound so clever. Lets get to the bottom of this one.

I think the bounce up and down causes an increase in G-Force (for little moments your body has to sustain a larger gravity pull) but because you have somewhere squishy to land and propel then you don’t bash your joints about. The G-Force rush strengthens you up and the little rush makes it feel like a mini fairground ride and makes you smile! Because I’m nice to you get to do this without hurting yourself! Good Eh!?

Why not look in the Bouncing Store
