1st day 15 minute challenge–rebounding

@blurtsmum OK I want 15mins of light heel bounce both legs - not big bounce small! Alternate arms and do it to free running on Wii to record.

Tomorrow I want you to wear your pedometer again too! First thing in the morning to last thing at night. Don’t worry about the clicking it makes - everyone will assume its your chubby little knees!

Explanation of activity. Gentle start it should warm her up and not put her off too much. The reason to include the Wii is because I know she has it there right near me and if it gets recorded on Wii fit by their gadgets and stuff then she won’t get all anal about having to record it herself. Our girl is a geek and can happily spend 2 hours setting up a database to record actions and then mysteriously have no time for the actions themselves.
