Rebound for health and look after your joints.

bounce3

My owner has dodgy knees and she is overweight (I’m helping with that though). Quite frankly suggesting that she takes part in a jog or a short run could be quite catastrophic, cause pain and even injury. Additionally even if you are in shape but persistently take exercise on hard ground then you are running the risk of the repeated impact causing shock damage to knees and other leg joints.

Rebounding protects the joints from the chronic fatigue and impact delivered by exercising on hard surfaces.

So that is what this phrase means – another common one that gets bandied around in regard to the benefits of using a rebounder.

So all this is saying is if you use a rebounder to do your exercise you will not be damaging your joints like you would if you went for a jog in the street. So the message is use a rebounder and keep your joints safe.

Why not look in the Bouncing Store
