It used to be a struggle for her to get up the stairs

As I say I live here with a woman who needs to get into shape – and in the last few days we have already seen progress. The knees are stronger and they don’t creek or give way when going up the stairs.
Of course by that I mean her knees, my joints are fine. Six well balanced sturdy legs and I can handle up to 18 stone  - which I guess is just as well.
I’ll explain later why bouncing with me is great for her knees – but hint -zero impact.  It’s not the same or as damaging as when she runs to the pub to catch last orders – which I figure must be the last time she ran!
