Of course by that I mean her knees, my joints are fine. Six well balanced sturdy legs and I can handle up to 18 stone - which I guess is just as well.
I’ll explain later why bouncing with me is great for her knees – but hint -zero impact. It’s not the same or as damaging as when she runs to the pub to catch last orders – which I figure must be the last time she ran!
